Cousins Maine Lobster 🦞 expanding into Denver

Cousins Maine Lobster, a food truck chain that appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank," is bringing its lobster rolls to Denver. The truck will serve "Connecticut-style" rolls with warm meat and butter, "Maine-style" rolls with chilled meat and mayo, and cups of New England clam chowder and bisque. The truck will also feature lobster tacos, quesadillas, and grilled cheese. The seafood is sourced directly from Maine. The truck's grand opening will be at Joyride Brewing Co in Edgewater, and it will visit various businesses throughout Denver, Lone Tree, Boulder, and Littleton in the coming months.

However, it's worth noting that there's already a Cousins Maine Lobster food truck in Los Angeles. The business was founded in 2012 by cousins and Maine natives Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who came up with the idea while living in L.A. and longing for home flavors. A few months later, they appeared on "Shark Tank" and partnered with Barbara Corcoran to franchise the concept and bring Maine lobster to more than 40 cities nationwide, with food trucks and a handful of restaurants.

If you have any great pictures of you enjoying these delicious looking lobster rolls, please feel free to share them with the Thirst & Growl community. You'll be welcomed with open arms.
